The race will see a reversal of the ten fastest overall qualifying times. The table below outlines the starting positions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Qualifying Position<\/td><td>Starting Position in Race #2<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1<\/td><td>10<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2<\/td><td>9<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3<\/td><td>8<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4<\/td><td>7<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>5<\/td><td>6<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>6<\/td><td>5<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>7<\/td><td>4<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>8<\/td><td>3<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>9<\/td><td>2<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>10<\/td><td>1<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The drivers who qualified outside of the top ten will start the second race based on their qualifying time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reduced points system previously in place, awarded 15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1 on a sliding scale from first to eighth, will still be in place, as will a bonus point for each position gained, judged by the difference between a driver\u2019s starting and finishing positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The grid for races one and three of each event will continue to be set by the fastest and second-fastest times set by each driver during qualifying.
