{"id":4325,"date":"2021-08-14T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-14T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/f4.madeatworkhouse.co.uk\/?p=118"},"modified":"2021-08-14T09:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-08-14T08:00:00","slug":"tatuus-and-abarth-confirmed-as-chassis-and-engine-suppliers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fiaformula4.com\/tatuus-and-abarth-confirmed-as-chassis-and-engine-suppliers\/","title":{"rendered":"Tatuus and Abarth confirmed as chassis and engine suppliers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Motorsport UK is pleased to announce that Tatuus and Abarth will be the nominated F4 British Championship chassis and engine suppliers for 2022-24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conclusion of these key supply agreements is the next step in Motorsport UK\u2019s plans for elevating the series following the governing body\u2019s recent announcement that it will become the organiser of the F4 British Championship certified by FIA for the next three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenders were launched in May and attracted a number of proposals. Following a detailed evaluation Motorsport UK determined that Tatuus and Abarth represented the best package to support the introduction of the FIA\u2019s second generation F4 car to the British championship from 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hugh Chambers, CEO of Motorsport UK commented:&nbsp;\u201cWe are delighted to welcome Tatuus and Abarth to the F4 British Championship and look forward to the support they will provide to Motorsport UK\u2019s ambitions for the series. &nbsp;Tatuus has grown into a world leader in the design and production of single-seater racing cars, in which the vast majority of all professional and Formula 1 drivers have progressed their careers. The governing body will provide a highly visible promotional platform, which includes retaining the championship\u2019s place on the British Touring Car Championship support package, with further rounds at key events under consideration to build the drivers\u2019 circuit experience and the profile of the series.
