The ROKiT F4 British Championship certified by FIA is pleased to announce Base Performance Simulators (BPS) as the series\u2019 official Simulator Partner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BPS operates driver development simulators from its base near Banbury, just 20 minutes from Silverstone, and in recent years has become the choice of many championship-winning drivers and teams, looking to arrive at every race with a head start on the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company is led by three-time 24 Hours of Le Mans winning driver, Darren Turner, who has over 20 years\u2019 experience in developing cutting-edge Formula 1 simulators, which has provided him with a unique insight into the science of racing simulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BPS single-seater simulator has been designed from the ground up to create a fully immersive driving environment. It features a six-metre 180\u00b0 screen with a Moog motion platform with six degrees of freedom, providing physical cues to enhance the experience and provide realistic feedback. To increase immersion even further for the F4 drivers, the simulator has been fitted with the 2022 British F4 steering wheel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live telemetry can be viewed by either a driver\u2019s team or a BPS expert, with the facility to take the data away post-session, allowing it to be fully integrated into an existing development programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Included within the championship registration fee for entrants next season will be two free sessions on the simulator, as well as a discounted rate for further sessions to enhance pre-event preparation and testing for all competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The season-long package also includes driver fitness assessments in BPS\u2019 in-house fitness studio, enabling drivers to identify and improve on several key aspects of their programme under one roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hugh Chambers, CEO of Motorsport UK said:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
