McLaughlin, meanwhile, had to contend with a late charge from Harfield but did enough to secure the third step on the podium.

Challenge Cup front-runner Harfield crossed the line in fourth ahead of Bearman and Theo Palmer (Xcel Motorsport) – who had ran nose-to-tail for much of the bout – while Molnár bounced back from a sluggish start to charge back up the order and finish seventh.

Completing the top ten was Adam Al Azhari (Rodin Motorsport), Leo Robinson (Hitech TGR) and the impressive Yuhao Fu (Xcel Motorsport).

Further down the order, Virtuosi Racing’s Oleksandr Savinkov emerged as the highest-placed finisher of the drivers featuring for the first time in 2025, crossing the line in 12th.

The Wera Tools F4 British Championship certified by FIA’s final race of the FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS BRITISH GRAND PRIX weekend at Silverstone is scheduled to take place at 08:20 on Sunday.

Race two – which again will be 25 minutes + one lap in distance – will be broadcast LIVE on Sky Sports F1 and the official British F4 YouTube channel.

Click here for all the links you’ll need this weekend – including livestream links, coverage on our social media channels, session results, race reports and much more.

Salim Hanna wrote his name into the history books of the Wera Tools F4 British Championship certified by FIA at Silverstone today, as he charged to a sensational lights-to-flag victory on the support bill of the FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2025.
