{"id":9581,"date":"2025-09-24T13:36:50","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T13:36:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fiaformula4.com\/?p=9581"},"modified":"2025-09-24T13:39:38","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T13:39:38","slug":"2025-british-f4-esports-championship-grid-boosted-by-red-bull-and-alpine-affiliated-teams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fiaformula4.com\/2025-british-f4-esports-championship-grid-boosted-by-red-bull-and-alpine-affiliated-teams\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 BRITISH F4 ESPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP GRID BOOSTED BY RED BULL AND ALPINE-AFFILIATED TEAMS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 2025 British F4 Esports Championship will see 33 drivers, including representatives from Ferrari, Williams, Red Bull, Alpine and Aston Martin\u2019s Formula 1 Esports teams, go head-to-head for cash and Base Performance Simulators prizes.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/traxion.gg\/british-f4-esports-championship-returns-for-2025-with-a-bumper-grid\/\">2025 British F4 Esports Championship<\/a>\u00a0is set to be the biggest and most competitive yet, featuring Formula 1-affiliated esports teams from Williams, Ferrari and Aston Martin, alongside newcomers Red Bull and Alpine.<\/p>\n<p>Alpine has opted for a lineup of Roope Kurkip\u00e4\u00e4 and Connor Jupp, while Red Bull Racing Esports has partnered up with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/josephwolkin\/2025\/03\/12\/red-bull-racing-partners-with-rokt-for-women-led-iracing-team\/\">Rokt to enter a women-led team to the series<\/a>, featuring Mia Rose and Diana Perez on driving duties.<\/p>\n<p>Controversially, Ferrari\u2019s defending Drivers\u2019 champion, Graham Carroll, is listed as the Italian squad\u2019s reserve driver for 2025, while defending Teams\u2019 champions, Guild Esports, has folded. Guild\u2019s best drivers from 2024, Henry Moore and Remy Gilbert, will be on the grid this year, however, having found seats at new entrant Team BENIK, partnered with Drive Lounge.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, Thibaut Courtois\u2019 team, TC Esports, joins the grid too, with the Real Madrid player famously becoming heavily involved with sim racing during the COVID-19 lockdown. The Belgian goalkeeper has selected Dani Moreno and Agustin Torlaschi to drive in 2025, with Jack Keithley acting as reserve.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad__child-0 ad__slot--wrapper ad__w728 ad__h250 ad__align\" data-instance-child=\"dnsy8u\">\n<div id=\"incontent1\" class=\"ad__slot ad__h90--inner\" role=\"region\" data-cmd=\"true\" data-unit=\"vt8dj1\" aria-label=\"Advertisement\" data-google-query-id=\"CJ7NgrLB8Y8DFSpR9ggdJVYBKg\">\n<p>Scorpio Motorsport, which offers real-world motorsport opportunities for sim racers, joins the grid with Scorpio eSports, while the HYMO setup shop looks to have a solid lineup in place for its debut season thanks to the driving talents of 2024 frontrunners William Chadwick and Matt Caruana.<\/p>\n<p>Shoma Shintani, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/traxion.gg\/iracing-based-uk-ff1600-esports-cup-returns-for-2025-with-heusinkveld-prizes\/\">2024 UK FF1600 Esports Cup<\/a>\u00a0runner-up, takes his place on the grid with Williams Sim Racing Academy, with champion Mark Fletcher unfortunately unable to participate.<\/p>\n<p>All in all, 33 of\u00a0<em>iRacing\u2019s\u00a0<\/em>FIA F4 cars, split across 17 teams, will compete for a range of prizes across the season, with the full details outlined below.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"h-cash-prize-pool-returns\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cash prize pool returns<\/h4>\n<p>The entry list still boasts 32 cars; however, with a \u00a35,000 prize pool available to the top three teams (\u00a32,500 for first place, \u00a31,500 for second place and \u00a31,000 for third place).<\/p>\n<p>As well as cash prizes, the top three teams in the Motorsport UK-supported series will also receive a full day of single-seater simulator use thanks to the championship\u2019s official partner, Base Performance Simulators, with an engineer on hand to evaluate and support the teams.<\/p>\n<p>The winning team will also receive four hospitality tickets to a 2026 Wera Tools British F4 Championship round of their choice.<\/p>\n<p>However, the driver with the most pole positions will receive a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baseperformance.net\/product-page\/fw1-formula-wheel-1?ref=MOTORSPORTUKESPORTS\">Base Performance Simulators Fw-1 Steering Wheel<\/a> and accompanying DDU.<\/p>\n<p>The first round kicks off on the 24th of September at Donington Park GP, and will run alongside the UK FF1600 Esports Cup support category, with every race broadcast live on\u00a0<em>iRacing\u2019s\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@iRacingOfficial\">YouTube<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.twitch.tv\/iracing\">Twitch<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/iracing\">Facebook<\/a>\u00a0channels, produced by RaceSpot TV.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"h-partners\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partners<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Official Partner \u2013 Base Performance Simulators<\/li>\n<li>Media Partner \u2013 Traxion.gg<\/li>\n<li>Sporting Partner \u2013 World Sim Racing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2025 British F4 Esports Championship will see 33 drivers, including representatives from Ferrari, Williams, Red Bull, Alpine and Aston Martin\u2019s Formula 1 Esports teams, go head-to-head for cash and Base Performance Simulators prizes.
